Reward Points Terms and Conditions
The Coasis Spa & Bodyworks Crystal Rewards program ("Program") is designed to help you get the most out of your experience. We reward you for doing the things you already do; getting your massage, buying gift cards or other products and services, referring friends and even for booking your appointment online.
The following Coasis Spa & Bodyworks Crystal Rewards program terms and conditions (these "Rewards Terms and Conditions") contain important information regarding the Program. These Rewards Terms and Conditions govern your participation in any and all Program offers. Participation in the Program constitutes your agreement to the Site Terms and Conditions, and the Site Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein.
Being eligible for the Program entitles guests to take advantage of certain Crystal Rewards ("Rewards") that may change routinely and, may be made available for limited times, all as determined by Coasis Spa & Bodyworks in its sole discretion. Coasis Spa & Bodyworks reserves the right to modify these Rewards Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to you, so please check the Rewards Terms and Conditions periodically. Participation in the Program and/or redemption of Rewards is considered acceptance of these Rewards Terms and Conditions and any modified terms included therein. Coasis Spa & Bodyworks may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Program and/or any Program Reward at any time, including the availability of any Program Reward, without notice.
Eligibility
To join the Crystal Rewards Program, you must have booked and received at least one (1) massage and be 18 years of age or older. If your Rewards Crystal account has no activity for a period of one year or more, we may expire your Rewards Crystals and terminate your participation in the Crystal Rewards Program. Rewards Crystals are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash.
Earning Coasis Spa & Bodyworks Crystal Rewards Points
Once you have booked and received at least one (1) massage, you will automatically begin earning Crystal Rewards Points ("Crystals") as follows:
Services / Crystals Redeemed
· 1,000 Crystals for every friend you refer to Coasis Spa & Bodyworks.
The friend must provide referrals name at the time of appointment in order to be credited with the referral once first service is completed· 100 Crystals for booking an appointment during the month of your birthday
· 80 Points for leaving a review
· 70 Points for pre-booking your next appointment at the time of service
· 60 Points for booking your monthly appointment online at www.vagaro.com/Coasis
· 50 Crystals for following Coasis Spa & Bodyworks on Instagram
· 50 Crystals for following Coasis Spa & Bodyworks on Facebook
· 5 Crystals for every dollar you spend with Coasis Spa & Bodyworks for services, products & gift cards
Rewards Crystal Redemption
Redeeming your Rewards Crystals is simple! The following redemption levels apply:
Crystals Redeemed / Services Redeemed
· 7,000 Crystals = 120 Minute Swedish/Deep Tissue Massage
· 5,000 Crystals = 90 Minute Swedish/Deep Tissue Massage
· 3,000 Crystals = 60 Minute Swedish/Deep Tissue Massage
· 1,000 Crystals = Additional 30 minutes
· 750 Crystals = Hot Stone Elevation
· 500 Crystals = CBD Elevation
All rewards awarded for redeemed Rewards Crystals may be placed on a Promotional Gift Card that restricts redemption to the issuing spa only and has a one year expiration date. Only one award redeemed from Rewards Crystals may be used per visit.
Refunds & Returns
Rewards Points earned will be rescinded in the event that an eligible purchase is returned for a refund.
Plus, you’ll be automatically enrolled in our Member’s Rewards program – where you will earn points for treating yourself to peace of mind/simply aligning your body, mind & spirit.
