  • Bathe or shower prior to your appointment time and do not apply lotions or creams. Your massage therapist will be applying a lotion or oil best suitable for your skin type. 

  • Dress comfortably. Before your massage begins, your therapist will leave the room so that you can undress to your comfort level.

  • Undress to your desired level of comfort. Some guests prefer to be completely undressed, while the others prefer to keep their undergarments on. This is completely up to you. You will undress and dress in the privacy of your massage room and will be securely covered by a blanket and a sheet during your massage session.

  • Our massage therapists are all trained to be professional and use appropriate draping techniques to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.

  • We understand that unexpected circumstances may occur. We ask that you notify us of any cancellations 24 hours before your appointment. Notices in Less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the reserved service price. "No Shows" will be charged 100% of reserved service price. This policy enables us to inform any wait-listed clients of any availability; allowing us to provide the best service to our established and future clients.
